Michael Berkowitz, a lifetime resident of the Philadelphia area and graduate of Penn State University and Widener School of Law, founded Your Parents Injury Attorney because of a certain level of service he felt was missing from far too many injury attorneys in representing their clients.  

Unlike most injury attorneys, Michael grew up working in his father's medical practice, where his father treated many patients involved in car accidents, bus accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, and trip-and-fall accidents. From this experience,  he saw plenty of times how patients can still have pain years after their accident, something many insurance companies almost never believe.  He uses this experience to fight as hard as he can for each and every client. 

Through his years of being an attorney, Michael has unfortunately heard of too many people with injury cases have their attorney take too long to move their client's case forward, attorneys not getting back to their client within 24 hours, or attorneys taking the first offer or settling their client's case for a lot less money than the case was worth.
